All of our injections are performed under ultrasound guidance with the most up-to-date equipment, and state-of-the-art facilities with highly experienced consultant doctors specialising in sport & exercise medicine and musculoskeletal radiology.

Our rates are highly competitive for Doctor-lead musculoskeletal interventions.

We offer standard steroid and local anaesthetic injections for conditions such as de Quervain’s Tenosynovitis and small joint osteoarthritis.

Prices start at £435 for single part injections and £555 for multiple injections.

  • Hyaluronic acid/lubricant injections are used to treat conditions such as osteoarthritis. We offer Ostenil plus, Synvisc-One and Durolane injections. Hyaluronic acid prices start from £550 per injection.
  • Platelet-Rich plasma (PRP) injections involve taking a 10ml sample of blood via a standard approach. The sample is then centrifuged (spun down) to obtain the platelet-Rich plasma, containing growth factors and signalling molecules important for healing and regeneration. PRP injections are used to treat conditions such as knee osteoarthritis, tennis elbow and plantar fasciitis. PRP injections require specialised equipment and additional training with prices starting at £550 per injection.
  • A Hydrodilatation or high volume injection procedure can be used to treat conditions such as frozen shoulder where there is severe restriction of range of movement. These injections take slightly longer than a standard injection but can be highly effective and can allow the patient to regain full function of the shoulder. Hydrodilatation injections start at £545 per procedure.

At The Joint Injection Clinic, we offer Arthrosamid, a novel biogel injection treatment for knee osteoarthritis. We offer some of the most competitive prices for Arthrosamid injections in London and in the UK.

  • A single injection costs £2450 (all inclusive) with a discount for an injection of both knees.
